TASTING NOTES:
Organically grown Chardonnay grapes were harvested on September 20th, 2019. It was then Triage bottled on February 14th, 2020 and disgorged on June 6th.This delectable new offering is a first for Coolshanagh. Aged for 29 months en tirage. Aromas of brioche and orange peel with hints of clove and sage brush shine through. The palate is displays a delicate and very fine mousse with a fresh austerity only found in the Okanagan Valley. This wine will benefit from further aging or enjoy with fresh oysters and ceviche.
