TASTING NOTES:
Fermented in a combination of concrete, old puncheons and stainless steel before being combined to the final blend. Lifted notes of straw, honeysuckle with mango and pineapple overtones. Delicate and fresh entry with layers of herbal complexity intermingled with bright acidity and a very long finish.
